  1. Sleep with an elevated head

When you experience sinus pain, make sure that your head is elevated at the time you go to sleep. You can put a few pillows for achieving the said elevation. This position will aid in easy breathing by draining out the mucus, which causes pressure in the sinus region. 

  1. Take steam regularly

The hot water vapour is known for moistening the sinuses. Use menthol or eucalyptus oil drop in the shower and use steam in the bathroom. The hot steamy bath can help in loosening up the debris and the mucus which is stuck inside the nose.
