What is the most serious kind of heart block and how do you treat it?

The most serious type of heart block is third degree or what we call complete heart block.

In this case the atrial activity is working in one way and the ventricular activity in in another way though the impulse originate in AS node could not get through the AV node and no electrical coordination between the atria and the ventricles on ECG.

We see the electricity of atria P wave dissociated completely from the electricity of ventricles QRS and ventricular rhythm around 30-35 /bpm with some pause 2-3 second or more .

So you feel extremely tired and dizzy and my be you lose your conscious and collapse (Adam Stokes episode) and you are in real terrible situation which could be fatal unless we insert artificial pacemaker to resume your proper heart electricity and rescue your life.
