What are the main complaints for patient suffering from high blood pressure?

Many people suffers from silent hypertension which can manifest itself in various type of symptoms, I will list some examples which make patients come to the doctor pointing to probable hypertension

1. Severe headache: many patient complains from annoying pain in the pack of head (occipital headache), so we check the blood pressure and find it too high.
   
   
2. Fatigue or confusion:  some patient complains from feeling dizzy and could not concentrate on his or her duties.
   
   
3. Vision problem: like blurred vision , eye pain and subconjunctival haemorrhage .
   
   
4. Chest pain and discomfort over all the chest cage.
   
   
5. Breathing difficulty and easy fatiguability with some irritability and feeling bored.
   
   
6. Drop and irregularity of heart beats and sometimes palpitation.
   
   
7. Red urine from bleeding which make patient so afraid and worried about this sign. also a lot of patient discover they have hypertension from nasal bleeding which push them directly to seek medical advice.
