What are the main complaints for patient suffering from high blood pressure?
Many people suffers from silent hypertension which can manifest itself in various type of symptoms, I will list some examples which make patients come to the doctor pointing to probable hypertension
- Severe headache: many patient complains from annoying pain in the pack of head (occipital headache), so we check the blood pressure and find it too high.
- Fatigue or confusion: some patient complains from feeling dizzy and could not concentrate on his or her duties.
- Vision problem: like blurred vision , eye pain and subconjunctival haemorrhage .
- Chest pain and discomfort over all the chest cage.
- Breathing difficulty and easy fatiguability with some irritability and feeling bored.
- Drop and irregularity of heart beats and sometimes palpitation.
- Red urine from bleeding which make patient so afraid and worried about this sign. also a lot of patient discover they have hypertension from nasal bleeding which push them directly to seek medical advice.
