What is a Silent Heart Attack or Silent Myocardial Infarction?

• By doing ECG and Echocardiography we see ECG changes such as Q wave and ST elevation and motion abnormalities by echo
• Confirmed by Coronary angiogram which shows the narrowing or blockage of the artery in the infarcted area.
