Cautions and knowledge after treatment of HPV

Treatment of virus or papillary talul/ genital warts:

  • Drug treatment with a solution or cream.
  • Using coagulation, laser, or cooling with a specific solution where the talul/ warts are removed from the area in it.

Treatment is not limited to using only medications or removing them directly. It must be followed up for re-examination 4-6 weeks immediately after the treatment. Then, another follow-up is needed after 3-6 months. In case of recurrences, a follow-up must be completed to 12 months after the first treatment.

There are several criteria and diagnostic methods for each case depending on the location of the warts, whether it is inside the urethra or inside the anus or cervix. There are accurate examinations and certain criteria that must be followed according to medical references.

There are certain tips for the partner, husband, or wife.
